  1. @Chrisair, of course its easier to pay someone to do the work for you, but it is important to learn doing it by yourself so just in case something went wrong, you will not ask that someone to fix it for you and that can cost more money.and yes, just like what SP points out, the patience and hardwork it requires makes the work more challenging and rewarding.
