Cartoon Network Imagination Studios Fosters Fan Creativity

MANILA, June 16, 2018 – Cartoon Network Imagination Studios has paved the way for kids and kids-at-heart to showcase their artistic talents. At a fun-filled event held on June 16 at the Glorietta Palm Drive Activity Center in Makati City, many characters from popular Cartoon Network shows helped kids and families squeeze their creative juices.

One of the many highlights was Cartoon Network\’s Imagination Building Notebook Design Contest. The winning entry will be printed on notebooks donated to a selected public school. Other participants of the contest were also recognized for their talent in creative design with their works displayed in a colorful gallery.

During the event, Cartoon Network fans from all over the metro were able to show off their artistic genius. They created stop-animation clips with the Watterson family from the Amazing World of Gumball sculpted their very own galactic clay heroes with Ben 10 and designed their own Adventure Time  candy people.

They could then see them come alive digitally, by making their own We Bare Bears stack, or printing their own personalized Powerpuff Girls avatar.

In celebration of Father\’s Day, Cartoon Network also prepared a special \”Poppa\’s Day\” pop-up where dads got a free massage as well as popcorn and drinks while they relax and chill while their kids got to enjoy the activities. 

This was also an avenue for kids to take the chance and create special tokens of appreciation for their dads for being so awesome.

Aside from these activities, there was also a pledge wall adorned with hundreds of creativity promises and signatures from the event participants as a promise to themselves to keep on nurturing their creativity and talent.
